Camps and clinics (including team camps) shall be publicly open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender). Camps may not be “invitation only” under NCAA rules.


Family Discounts (10%)
are available with code- FamilySPC (must register at least two participants)

If the answer is YES, then Assistant AD of Sports Performance at Wake Forest University David Bass and the Wake Forest Sports Performance Staff invite you to attend a six-week Speed and Strength Camp on the campus of Wake Forest. 

Coach Bass and his staff have over 20 years of Division 1 strength and conditioning experience with multiple sports. 

The staff holds certifications from the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Association, National Strength and Conditioning Association, and National Athletic Training Association, amongst others.
